Princess Sofia of Sweden, 37, stepped out on Monday at a charity gala in a beautiful floral dress. Entrepreneur Isabella Löwengrip posted a picture of the Swedish Princess on her Instagram page.

Isabella wrote on Instagram on Tuesday: “Yesterday @projplayground invited us to a charity gala at @nationalmuseumswe – An absolutely incredible evening!

“Large amounts were donated to the organization which is important. But besides that, the evening was also very fun with good food and nice company.”

In the pictures, Sofia could be seen donning The Cate Dress, designed by The Vampire’s Wife, a favourite brand of some of the British royals.

The Cate Dress costs a whopping £1,075 and “has a slender fitting bodice and falls to ankle length, framed with a three-tier ruffle hem,” according to the brand’s website.

The description continued: “Ruffle details feature around the neck edge, front panel and sleeve edges. Fastened with an invisible zip at the centre back.

“Created in floral printed silk satin partially lined with black silk organza. Falls to ankle length measuring 95cm from waist to hem.”

Royal fan @luxmeagainpreloved wrote on Instagram: “It’s a pretty dress and she looks beautiful. Love her hair.”

However, @barb_bfd preferred the dress when worn by Princess Beatrice, saying: “The length and the shoe seem off. Looked beautiful on Beatrice’s more petite frame.”

Both Kate Middleton and Princess Beatrice have worn identical dresses to Sofia by The Vampire’s Wife in the past.

The Princess of Wales wore one of the brand’s designs in a portrait with her husband Prince William by the artist Jamie Coreth, which is currently hanging in the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge.

Daena Borrowman, a style expert from jewellerybox previously told Express.co.uk: “The Vampire’s Wife dresses are dramatic, yet sensuous and feminine.

“Most of the designs are slim-fitted and include at least one idiosyncratic feature (if not all) such as ruffles, puff-sleeves, power shoulders or cinched waists crafted from shimmering silks or tastefully loud prints.

“It makes total sense that British royal women such as the Princess of Wales would turn to The Vampire’s Wife to change things up in their generally formal, rather decorous wardrobes.

“In fact, the exact £1,595 dress that Kate wore in her Jamie Coreth portrait has been spotted on the likes of Alexa Chung and Meena Harris.

“On special occasions, Kate loves to turn to sparkles and power shoulders. The emerald green Falconetti midi dress from The Vampire’s Wife does exactly the job.”

Additionally, Princess Beatrice has consistently worn dresses by The Vampire’s Wife over the years.

For instance, she wore a Vampire’s Wife dress to Ellie Goulding’s wedding in 2019 in York.

Princess Beatrice later wore a Vampire’s Wife gown to the late Queen’s Garden Party at Buckingham Palace, again in 2019.

The mother of one donned a floor-length floral design from the brand for the preview of ‘A Gallop Through History’ during the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, which looked mesmerising on Beatrice.

In the summer of 2022, the Princess of York wore a mini dress from the brand to attend Wimbledon along with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
