King Charles III, 73, and his wife arrived in Buckingham Palace after travelling down from Scotland where Queen Elizabeth died on Thursday.
Queen Camilla wore the diamond knot brooch for Friday’s occasion.
She has worn the brooch before on occasion, including foreign visits and church services.
The delicate knot brooch is studded with small diamonds.
In December 2019, the former Duchess of Cornwall wore the brooch for the annual Christmas Day Service near the Sandringham estate.
Again in March 2020, Camilla wore the brooch in London for the annual Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey.
