Kate Middleton looked oh-so-summery in a polka dot look as she stepped out in Southampton this afternoon.

The Princess of Wales was at the opening of Hope Street in Southampton, a residential community supporting women in the justice system.

Kate opted for one of her favourite designers for the occasion: she wore the Alessandra Rich Chelsea collar dress featuring gold buttons, puff sleeves, statement collar, and peplum.

The dress previously retailed for £1,335, but sadly you won’t be able to copy Kate exactly – as it’s now sold out.

She paired the dress with a white Mulberry handbag from their Amberley collection and statement white slingbacks, also by Alessandra Rich.

It’s a staple summer ensemble of Kate’s, as she previously worn the exact same look – including the shoes – to the men’s Wimbledon final last year, where she presented the winning trophy to Novak Djokovic.

Kate has chosen Alessandra Rich for many royal engagements over the years. She wore the Azure Blue polka dot dress, again at Wimbledon last year, and a white and yellow floral dress while in the Bahamas.

It’s yet another great outfit from the Duchess in recent weeks, after she was spotted in red McQueen at the Royal Ascot, and a white ensemble at the reopening of the National Portrait Gallery.
