THERE is no denying we all love a good sale, especially when it comes to essentials we use every day.
Bargain hunters have spotted that Holland and Barrett is having a major sale on food cupboard essentials that shoppers are racing to get a hold of.
Shoppers took to Facebook to share their bargain finds.
Many of the products were on sale as buy one get one half price, but there was even more to it.
Some products were changing packaging so had been discounted even further.
One such bargain hunter found bags of rolled oats for as cheap as 20p and was still in the buy one get one half price sale.

Taking to the group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK she posted a picture of her haul.
She penned: "Holland & Barrett are having a great sale on nuts at the moment because they are changing packaging.
"They also have a buy one get one half price which makes it even cheaper. Jumbo oats- 20p!"
The shopper bagged oats, raisins, rice crackers, cashews, banana chips, dates, and prunes.

Another savvy shopper also shared their haul of goodies which included raisins, sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, almonds, and crystallised ginger.
They wrote: "All this for £4.22 in Holland and Barrett, lots more lines reduced due to changing packaging.
"Plenty of other lines reduced too and they are buy 1 get 1 half price."
Fellow bargain hunters took to the comments of the posts to share what goodies they found while others thanked them for notifying the sale.
One person wrote: "I got so many from the Bath store earlier – silly lunch break turned shopping trip. Could hardly waddle back to my office. So excited to dig in!"
Another commented: "Thank you, I got a few bits today in the Southampton store."
"None left online so I'll have to pop into the store," penned a third.
Someone else added: "I just went to my Tesco and there a small section with Holland and Barrett within Tesco. They only had dates no nuts and cranberries, also got honey, 60p a pot.
