You mix the turmeric, chilli powder and curry powder with salt and five tablespoons of oil and rub this all over your cauliflower.

It takes 15 minutes to Air Fry the cauliflower at 190 degrees but make sure to turn them half way through.

You can add them in for four to six more minutes if you want yours to be a little more brown.

Mix together flour, salt, sliced red onion, chopped curry leaves and coconut milk together in a large mixing bowl and gradually add warm water.

You want to make a cohesive dough that is soft but doesn't stick to your hands.

Knead the dough for three minutes and leave to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Layout your cauliflower trimmings on a tray and Air Fry them for eight to 10 minutes. Add cinnamon, onion and garlic to a pan and cook till it’s soft and translucent (around 1o minutes).

Now add the curry leaves (along with the stalks and all) and remaining ground spices. Fry for 20 seconds and then add the coconut milk. As well as the frozen peas to the sauce and simmer for 5 to 8 minutes on a medium heat.

Divide your dough into four balls and roll to make flat discs, heat these in a non-stick pan for four to six minutes cooking halfway though.

Pour the sauce over your cauliflower and serve with the rotis on the side and your dish is ready.

Fans were quick to give praise for the dish with people wowed by the simplicity of the recipe.
