The key to cracking this puzzle is to add the two digits together and then multiply the answer by the first digit.
So, if 3+2 = 5 x first number 3 = 15, 8+3 = 11 x first number 8 = 88, 5+4 = 9 x first number 5 = 45 then 3+7 = 10 x first number 3 = 30.
