American late-night talk-show personality and comedian Conan O’Brien sells his beach home for $16.5 million after listing it in July. The oceanfront property, located south of Santa Barbara in Carpinteria, CA, was sold after the former SNL writer got the tempting offer. The host’s home stands just a few steps from the sand and he’s sure the buyer is going to enjoy it.
Conan and his wife, Liza, had sold the 2,142 square foot pad initially. However, they bought it back in 2015 for $7.9 million. This time around, the house has gone for grabs, and it’s likely not getting back to them again.
