Could this be the perfect job for you?
If you're on the hunt for a new position then here's an opportunity you'd be silly to miss out on.
Supermarket giant Aldi is offering the role of its Official Beer Taster… yes you heard that right.

The role is simple, the chain sends you beer, you drink it and tell them exactly what you think of it (be honest now).
Aldi's successful applicant will help "guide and inform bosses ahead of key decision making for its next change".
So what do you need to be able to land such a role?
Aldi said: "The job will require the taster to have a passion for beer and pints of enthusiasm, as they will be asked for feedback.
"From smooth craft ales to refreshing IPAs, Aldi's official beer taster will receive ten different products to review.
"To be in with a chance of landing the role, all budding beer tasters need to send an email explaining why they should be chosen.
"They also need to outline what their favourite beer is and why."
You'll need to provide your full name, prove your age and write up a 150-word explanation about why you'd be right for it.
This isn't a paid role so it means you'll have to work it around your day job.
Julie Ashfield, managing director of buying at Aldi UK, said: "We're looking for someone with passion when it comes to craft ale.
"We need someone who can honestly review our range and provide suggestions as to how we might improve it for next year.
"For beer lovers, this is the ultimate opportunity. Best of luck to all applicants."
Entries are open until August 29 with the winner selected by September 2.

You'll also need to be available to begin your beer tasting duties from the following Monday, September 5.
To apply, email [email protected] with your application, including the aforementioned requirements.
