A Place in the Sun veteran Jasmine Harman was confused at her guest's one-word comment when she took them to an impressive townhouse.

Ex-police inspector Marion and husband,Tracey, who works for network rail, are looking for a holiday home big enough for their family to come over to visit in Fuerteventura, Spain.

With their maximum budget of £132,000, they want a two-bed home with outdoor space in the town of Corralejo.

Host Jasmine wanted to test the water by showing them a one-bed apartment in a very central location, but Marion and Tracey mentioned the issue of space.

On the second location, she took the couple to the old town area and showed them a massive three-bedroom town house.

Pushing close to their maximum budget, the £127,000 property offers a terrace that can be accessible from the bedroom.

It also has a large living room, a separate kitchen which opens up to a conservatory with a dining area, as well as three good sized bedrooms.

Stepping into the house, Tracey said: "It's different. It's nice."

"Aye, I like it, nice," Marion added. "It's nice."

Jasmine reacted to their comment and said: "I always worry when people say nice."

She tried to interpret it while shrugging her shoulders: "Nice."

Marion explained: "No, nice. It's different from the last one obviously.

"I like it, it's got a nice homely feel. That's what I'm thinking when I walk in the door."

Jasmine, looked much more relieved, told them: "It's great that you are feeling it homely because obviously now that you're retired, you're going to be spending quite a bit of time out here."

Viewers also spotted the awkward moment when Jasmine had doubts about the guests impression to the townhouse.

One wrote: "It's different…means 'I don't like it'."

"Think we can all agree they think it's 'nice'," another added.
