Andy Cohen accidentally called former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Taylor Armstrong by her current nemesis’ name, “Brandi [Glanville]” during “”Watch What Happens Live.”

Cohen, 54, did not even realize the mistake until the former “housewife,” 51, told the host on Tuesday’s episode, “you just called me Brandi,” while laughing and putting her hand on her head in disbelief.

The Bravo executive laughed nervously after being called out and made it clear that it was an innocent mistake.

“She’s on my mind it was the drinking word tonight,” Cohen explained. “I am so sorry. I want to thank Taylor.”

One audience member screamed “Andy what is wrong with you?” while fellow guest Ryan O’Connell joked, “Did Brandi tweet about that?”

Armstrong’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for a comment on the incident.

Armstrong and Brandi Glanville first appeared together on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” in 2011, but their feud really ignited when they were reunited on “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Ex-Wives Club.”

The two Bravolebrities got into an argument at a dinner on the show over whether Armstrong was successful before Glanville joined the cast in Season 2. This prompted Glanville to come back at Armstrong with a seriously low blow.

“Were you successful? ’Cause your husband…,” Glanville began to say before the audio cut out.

“I don’t think that’s successful,” the “Drinking and Tweeting” author added.

The former model was referring to Armstrong’s late husband Russell, who died by suicide in August 2011 two months after Armstrong filed for divorce.

Armstrong, along with their other “Girls Trip” co-stars, were stunned by Glanville’s comment, saying that she went way too far.

“Brandi just went way too low,” Vicki Gunvalson said, while Tamra Judge opined, “Now she’s just throwing s—t.”

Dorinda Medley – who is a widow herself – said that, “She’s weaponizing death.”

Glanville is known for lashing out though, and cast member Phaedra Parks was not surprised by the harsh attack.

“Anyone throwing a rock at Brandi should expect five bullets to come back,” the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, 48, said in her confessional.

The “Hiding from Reality” author and Russell welcomed a daughter, Kennedy, in 2006. Their failing marriage and allegations of abuse against Russell played out in early seasons of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

“The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club” is available to stream on Peacock.
