Anthony Michael Hall is a dad — and secretly has been for over a month!
The actor quietly welcomed his and wife Lucia Oskerova’s son, a baby boy named Michael Anthony Hall II, on June 1.
“That first month of parenting is pretty wild,” the 55-year-old told People on Wednesday. “It’s the craziest time, but it’s the best time.
“Everything that everybody tells you is pretty true: you lose sleep,” Hall continued, going on to call his 1-month-old a “big boy.”
The “Breakfast Club” star joked that the infant “has some appetite,” explaining, “In between his breastfeeding, I get to give him his bottles.”
Hall added that he knew back when he “was a young man” that he didn’t want to start a family until “later” in life.
“I couldn’t be happier [now],” he gushed. “Here I am at 55, and I’m fully committed. I’m excited. My wife and I are really into parenting and diving in.”
The couple revealed Oskerova’s pregnancy news in February when she was six and a half months along.

“My wife Lucia and I are so blessed, happy and proud to announce on this Valentine’s Day, that we are expecting our first child this summer,” the “Weird Science” star wrote via Instagram at the time.
He and the actress, 32, started dating in 2016. Three years later, Hall got down on one knee while vacationing in Italy.
The duo walked down the aisle in 2020.
As they awaited their son, Hall documented his partner’s pregnancy via Instagram, telling his followers in March how “proud” he was of the former model.
“She is now 7 months along,” he wrote. “I thank God for her and for our precious and soon to be born son Michael. Life is a true gift. Blessed and truly thankful.”
