Bizarre London studio could be yours for £1,279-a-month – and you'll never find the kitchen and bathroom | The Sun

A LONDON studio has stunned house-hunters as it goes up for rent for a whopping £1,270-a-month – but you'll never find the kitchen and bathroom.

Adam Bruce, 31, an operations coordinator from Ayre, Scotland, took to TikTok to show a tiny 163 sq ft studio that has hit the market.

The flat comes with all the essential rooms you would expect to find in your new home – however, both the kitchen and bathroom are inside their own CUPBOARDS.

In a TikTok video that has racked up 1.7 million views and over 82,600 likes so far, Adam shares a photo of the advert and his thoughts on the property.

The ad describes the home as a bright ground floor studio flat presented in great condition throughout boasting a compact kitchen, hidden away bath and shower and situated in an excellent location close to Victoria.

Images reveal that the apartment is certainly compact, with the double bed situated just inches away from a cupboard containing a miniature kitchen inside.

The converted space appears to only contain a mini fridge, kettle and tiny countertop – leaving next to no room to prepare your dinner.

However, the most outrageous element can be found in the adjoining cupboard.

Adam reveals that inside this cubbyhole is a bath and shower that is just inches away from the bed.

He said in the video: "The audacity to have this – how dare you charge me £1,200 for this?
