The chance to bonk your favourite porn actresses is a fantasy the vast majority of people will never see come to reality.
But for one cancer-stricken fan, this dream came true. Jake Marshall is battling Stage 4 Synovial Sarcoma, a cancer that can come from different types of soft tissue, such as muscle or ligaments.
After vigorous chemotherapy treatments over the last year, the cancer has continued to spread. So, as anyone would when facing a terminal condition, he decided to work on knocking things off his bucketlist.

The 26-year-old reached out to the host of his favourite podcast Pillow Talk for the chance to meet his favourite porn actresses and SinParty's Ryan Pownall was eager to help. Speaking to the Daily Star, Pownall explained: "This kid named Jake Marshall starts DM'ing me and saying, 'Hey, Ryan, big fan of the show.
"I have stage four cancer and my dream is to meet you and maybe meet some porn stars. I'd love to come see Pillow Talk, as one of my last wishes before I go, because the cancer is really not looking good. It's spread to other parts of my body.
"So I asked him. I said, 'okay. Hey, what's up, man? Who are your favourites?' And then he told me, Kazumi and Nikki Benz. I said, 'Okay, guess what? We're going to have you on the f**king show. You're going to come down to meet Kazumi and Nikki Benz.'
"He's like, 'No f**king way. I don't believe this.' He FaceTimes me a bunch, and then we plan it and we set it up. Then he was going to come down."
Ryan flew the lad from Indiana to Los Angeles to make him a guest on the show — with a surprise twist. "He's freaking out," Ryan said. "He can't believe that he's on Pillow Talk as the main guest and Nikki Benz and Kazumi are on the episode with him."
"But what what he didn't know, which is what we surprised him with, was that going to have sex with his two dream porn stars. He had a full on threesome with Kazumi and Nikki Benz. It was unbelievable. He's the happiest kid in the world."
"Now, we're selling this episode on adult websites and the money raised from the sales are going to pay for his cancer treatments." Jake described the experience as "wild" and said being on the show made him "feel like a King". He added: "I owe Ryan a thank you from the gods and he deserves so much respect, I’m so determined to beat cancer and see what comes of this after.
"All around this experience taught me that as humans were all going so fast that we need to slow down sometimes and understand all we have is each other and we can help each other smile every day if we really want to."
"I had been following Ryan for quite some time now and he just made me feel validated, I felt as if the dude was my brother, and I had some sort of connection with him. I kinda threw my story at him in his dms never expecting him to really ever even see it but the chap saw me.
"This man messaged me back and gave me a chance, saw that my story is worth telling and asked me if I wanted to make some of my wildest dreams come true and that’s exactly what he did."

The cancer warrior also explained that the pair got on so well that they now wear matching "King" bracelets. According to Jake's GoFundMe page, he was admitted to hospital in St Louis for specialist treament on September 18 and will remain there for a week. He is also required to stay close to the hospital for six weeks after his treatment for follow-up appointments.
"I’m getting a treatment called Car-T cell therapy, it’s a new cutting edge clinical trial that we’re hoping will save my life," Jake explained.
