Sophie’s night out! Duchess of Edinburgh stuns in silk as she dines out with friends at Oswald’s private members club in Mayfair

The Duchess of Edinburgh looked stunning as she spent a night out on the town with friends in London yesterday evening.
Sophie, 58, dined with pals at La Loma, which is part of private club Oswald’s, located in Mayfair.
The royal stepped out of the club onto a rainy London street, but was rather unaffected as she had members of staff with umbrellas to hand.
The Duchess went for a sleek satin outfit for the occasion, which showed off her elegant figure.
She opted for a gold silk shirt which she tucked into navy pair of trousers, which had flattering patterns down both sides of the leg.

Sophie tied the look together with a sapphire blue velvet blazer which had classy gold buttons on it.
The Duchess accessorised the look with a metallic silver clutch bag and some tan heeled wedges.
The exclusive club, which you can only enter if you are a member, has been visited by many other royals before.
Last year, Prince William was pictured leaving Oswald’s at 11pm after catching up with a friend.
The venue has also hosted Queen Camilla, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife Carrie.

Princess Eugenie and Sajid Javid also celebrated their wedding anniversaries at the fancy venue.
Sophie looked glamorous as her blonde tresses came to just below her shoulders and she went rather a natural makeup look paired with shimmer bronzed eyeshadow.
The Duchess was helped into a black private car by a member of her team as her friends followed her lead behind her.
Her husband, Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, 59, was nowhere to be seen.
Last week, he met with families enjoying activities on Portstewart Inclusive Beach to see the work of the Mae Murray Foundation.
The charity supports people of all ages and abilities to take part in swimming, surfing or simply playing on the beach.
Meanwhile a new documentary also launched that has explored the similarities between the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
