Former teen heartthrob Paul Anka lists luxury mansion for $10 MILLION

Music legend Paul Anka, 82, puts his luxury mansion on market for $10 MILLION – complete with its own RECORDING studio, gym… and a host of A-list neighbors from Britney Spears to Wayne Gretzky

Former teenage heartthrob and music legend Paul Anka is selling his $10 million country-club mansion, which sprawls over more 7,700 square feet and comes with six acres of land.

Paul is known for his hit singles Put Your Head On My Shoulder, Having My Baby, and Diana, which sold 20 million copies worldwide.

Writing for some of the world’s biggest stars, Paul was responsible for Frank Sinatra’s My Way, Tom Jones’s She’s A Lady and three singles for Michael Jackson.

His mansion was built in 2006 and the 82-year-old purchased it a year later for $4 million.

Now the genius musician has listed his stately five-bedroom home, which comes complete with six bathrooms, a glass-walled gym and a private motor court. 

Upon entering, guests are greeted with impressive columns, stone floors and marble accents.

The gourmet kitchen offers a convenient island, ample storage space and an informal sitting room.

Located on the first floor, the two sitting rooms boast the singer-songwriter’s accomplishments, with a collection of gold and platinum records, as well as a grand piano.
