Gisele Bündchen is offering some words of wisdom for when “life gets challenging.”

The supermodel, 42, took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of herself practicing yoga on the beach, accompanied by a message about self-reflection.

“Being healthy is more than a clean diet and exercise. It’s about our attitudes, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and actions,” she captioned the photo.

“When life gets challenging always remember that the sun rises everyday bringing a new opportunity for us to try again and do better. It can get intense out there and we can get easily distracted by the noise. Awareness is key. What energy you are nurturing? Remember, we are the co-creators of our own reality, what we believe we create.”

The Brazil native’s post came one day after her ex-husband, Tom Brady, whom she split from in 2022, was rumored to be in talks with Netflix about a celebrity roast.

According to TMZ, the retired quarterback, 45, could be the focus of a comedy special with the working title, “The Greatest Roast of All Time.”

Although Brady has not addressed the rumors, which came nearly one month after he confirmed his second — and final — retirement from the NFL, he did announce a new venture on Instagram Wednesday.

“I got a new team … When you think Brady, you obviously think speed,” the seven-time Super Bowl champ said in a video, announcing his Brady Brand will sponsor the Hertz Team JOTA in the 24 Hours of Le Mans car race.

Since hanging up his football cleats, Brady has also been spending time with his three kids: Ben, 13, and Vivian, 10, whom he shares with Bündchen and Jack, 12, from his previous relationship with Bridget Moynahan.

He even spoke out about how he wants the trio to fail in life.

“I don’t want it to go right for my kids all the time,” Brady said in a January episode of the “Let’s Go!” podcast.

“I told them that this morning. I said, ‘I want you guys to fail because I want to see what you’re made of if you fail and when you fail.’”

He added, “Life isn’t going to be just a smooth ride. So we’ve got to develop resiliency.”

Bündchen and Brady confirmed months’ worth of split rumors last October when they announced they were going their separate ways and had already finalized their divorce.

“In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage,” the former Patriots player wrote in a statement at the time.

He continued, “We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way.”
