A mum with a "quadruple chin" has now been able to enjoy a hot girl summer after revealing her dramatic weight loss transformation.
Caoimhe Whyte, 26, felt worthless and has longed for a better quality of life.
Getting motiviated by her four-year-old son, Toby, the parent decided to go for a gastric sleeve surgery to remove 6.5 stone of fat.

"I was eating around 10,000 calories a day," she said.
"I felt worthless, disgusting and genuinely hated every single part of myself.
"I didn’t want to leave my house because I was embarrassed by how I looked, my mental health plummeted."
After her recent trip to Turkey last September, Caoimhe posted a video of her jaw-dropping transformation.
Opening up her feelings and sharing pictures of her "old self", she explained why she went for surgery after "trying everything and nothing helped".
But thankfully, the operation was a huge success.
Caoimhe's "quadruple chin" disappeared and her curves reappeared.
She dropped from 20 stone to 14 stone and has cleaned up her eating habits.
"Don't allow anyone to hold you back or make you feel guilty for the path you choose to improve your health or your happiness, even if it's not the 'conventional' way of doing things," she said.
"If I can do it, anyone can!"
The transformative effect left people "barely recognising her".
Caoimhe also overhauled her diet, eating 80 grams of protein a day, cutting down portion sizes and making sure to drink enough water.
She’s ditched her previous takeaway routine for eggs, fish, chicken and read meats, and consumes “very little” carbs.
As for snacks, she munches on light cheese, chicken bites, and ham or chicken slices.
She said: “I allow myself to have a treat every now and again because this isn’t a diet that I’m on, it’s a lifestyle change.
“I also take a multivitamin every day and I take biotin and collagen supplements to help with my loose skin.”
In one of her most popular TikToks, which has 13,200 likes, Caoimhe a before and after picture of her face.
“No more quadruple chin, face to face after loosing six and a half stone,” the post is captioned.
“You were always serving girl, your face is everything!” commented someone else.
"Jaw dropped.. you are beautiful no matter the size," said another.
Feeling happier and healthier than ever, Caoimhe added: “I go swimming now, which I love.
“I can go on long walks with my son and can even go the fun fair.
“There’s so many little things that you don’t realise make life a little easier and more enjoyable and I’m just so happy I can enjoy those little things in life again!”
