A former nurse who ditched her job after 'jealous' colleagues found out about her racy modelling side-hustle says she's having the last laugh.
Veronica Rose claims she's got the ultimate revenge on colleagues who “bullied” over her saucy side hustle – after ditching her scrubs to make 10 times more cash as a content creator.
The stunner says she was very passionate about her nursing job but found she was working long hours for little pay, so she decided to upload sexy photos to Instagram to earn extra cash. Little did she know then that it would change the course of her career forever.

The 28-year-old from Los Angeles, US, claims her new-found digital fame quickly began to annoy her co-workers – claiming one woman even tried to get her fired.
“I never mentioned my page at work but my colleagues soon found out, and they didn't like my success – they became jealous,” Veronica, who has 1.2m followers (@veronica .rose.xo), revealed. “Because of this, I found out quickly that people were giving me all the workload.
She added: “I would work so many hours and they would sit back and do nothing but watch. One co-worker was so spiteful about my success that she did what she could to get me fired."
Veronica’s coworkers were constantly gossiping about her newfound social media fame and spreading rumours about her sexy photos. Her social media accounts continued to gain followers and she was even getting recognised in public.
Most notably, during a work Halloween party that Veronica attended, she claims to have been spotted by one of her colleague's boyfriends – which did not go over well with his girlfriend. And it reportedly only made the office gossip and jealousy about her rising fame worse.
Despite the tension at work, the model says there were other colleagues who were inspired to follow in her footsteps – asking the model for advice on how to get started. Meanwhile, old schoolmates also started getting in touch.
She said: “Some of my co-workers seemed very supportive of it but really, they just wanted my help and for me to repost their content so they could gain followers. Some people I went to school with contacted me – people that I hadn’t spoken to in years, saying we should be friends more and wanting advice.”
As the hostility from her coworkers increased alongside her Instagram growth, Veronica began turning to her followers for advice – as they recommended she start an OnlyFans account. She said: “I felt so confused because, at the time, I didn’t really know what it was. I thought I’d try it and post a few pictures to see how much money I could make.
“Within the first week, I made six figures – it hit my bank account and I was in utter shock. I quit my job after the success of my OnlyFans account [in 2019] and never looked back.”

Now earning 10 times her former salary, Veronica has splashed out on some luxuries, including her two large dogs and four homes. She said: “I have two Newfoundlands, Kitty and Blue.
"I love them very much and they are like bears, so they take a lot to feed and look after. I do like to drive nice cars too – I have a G-Wagon and a Corvette.
"I decided to go into real estate with the majority of my money. I’ve bought four homes and have managed to pay them all off, which is a really great feeling.”
Eventually, Veronica plans to go back to nursing as she has a passion for helping others. She’s learned to be strong, tune out what others have to say and live her life on her own terms.
Her hostile work environment taught her to not care about the haters, whether they be online or in real life.
