The world’s number one Madonna impersonator has spent more than £123,000 on 19 surgeries to look like his idol.
When Adam Guerra was a child, he told his mother he was going to become Madonna.
And while he hasn't been able to totally morph into the singing sensation, he's become the next best thing.

Known by his stage name Venus D-Lite, Adam is an American drag performer and television personality who gained recognition for competing on the third season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
The 39-year-old also went viral with his appearance in a My Strange Addiction episode called "Addicted To Being Madonna".
The performer isn’t just a regular fan of the pop star – as he's gone to extreme lengths to look like the iconic singer.
For the past 21 years, he's been putting his all into perfecting the art of being Madge.
“I’m in the works of possibly getting more surgery, but I’ve had pretty much my whole face done,” he previously told Metro.co.uk.
“I’ve had cheekbone implants, chin implants, jaw implants, fillers, Botox, a nose job – all to look like the queen of pop.
“I’ve also spent thousands and thousands on costumes. For me, I can’t order something from the internet and throw it on; it’s always been an exact replica of Madonna’s costume, and to find the exact replica of jewellery.”
To Adam, Madonna is a symbol of confidence which always pushes boundaries.
The first time he went out into the world in drag was in 2002 when he performed as Madonna at a local club.
As he gained notoriety, the opportunities to perform and appear on TV rolled in.
He added: “I started winning these contests, I had my own show, then Ru Paul’s Drag Race changed everything about drag; it’s now pop culture. Everybody wants to do it.”
One of the big reasons Venus started gaining notoriety as a Madonna impersonator is because of the sheer amount of plastic surgery he underwent to mimic her facial structure.
According to Adam, his plastic surgery has created conflict with some of his friends and family members.
His mother hates Madonna – and some people he’s dated have said he's going overboard with how many procedures he’s had.
Adam hasn't let other people's doubts or judgement get him down though.
His hard work has paid off – as he is now verified on Google as the world's number one Madonna impersonator.
