A body modification addict who is unrecognisable in old snaps expressed their frustration that their look isn't as extreme as they would like.

But Jessy Kirkpatrick, who has been accused of looking like a murderer, is determined to make more alterations to keep them satisfied.

They believe they used to be “ugly and disgusting” before the epic makeover – but the social media star insisted there was a lot more to come.

Jessy, 27, from Kansas, US, is now planning to get their eyeballs inked, their ears cut into elf shapes and to have permanent vampire teeth to help compliment their unique aesthetic.

But for now they are famed for flaunting stretched earlobes, face tattoos and big nostril plugs.

They also have unmissable silicone forehead horns, a stretched tongue piercing and a blackout mandala neck tattoo.

And speaking to Daily Star about the speed of their progress, they said: “If I’m being honest, I’m kind of upset that I’m not further along.

“Every day I look in the mirror and I’m like dang, I really need something new.

“This could be bigger, this could be covered in tattoos etc.

“I am happy with how far I’ve come so far but I always want more.

“So I believe the constant progress is the most enjoyable part.”

Jessy has been stretching their body parts for over a decade – and they regularly give tips to other modification fans.

They also chronicle their journey on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok in a bid to tackle the stigma they and others face.

Jessy said: “I guess it started out to share how happy all of it made me and it turned into showing the world that it’s ok to be different and how this has changed and saved my life.

“I wanted to show people that you shouldn’t be ashamed of wanting to be yourself, you should learn to love yourself to the best of your ability.

“And I wanted to showcase all of the new things I get because it is a personal journey.”

As for the things they would like to add going forward, Jessy added: “I have so much to work on.

“I want to complete my blackout body suite of tattoos, a tongue split, dermals all the way up to my forehead, scarification, eyeball tattoos, larger earlobes, larger nose mods, tongue tattooed, larger labret mod and a larger nose bridge piercing.

“I also want to get my ears cut into the shapes of elf ears and have permanent vampire teeth. The list is endless.”

Despite having been spat at and abused in the street for their appearance, Jessy has no regrets about the choices they have made.

In part one of our interview, they explained how much they prefer the way they look and feel now.

Jessy explained: “I try my best to never look at those photos because they make me nauseous and sick to my stomach.

“All I see from those is someone suffering mental pain who is ashamed of being alive. I looked insecure and depressed.

“I used to look so weird and I felt extremely ugly.

“Body modification is my form of healing and it makes me feel more confident and happy and I can’t imagine going back to that.

“I know what I started and I don’t plan on ever stopping. Even though I’m different and I get put down for how I look, I’d rather feel confident and better about myself than to look normal and continue to be miserable inside of my own head.”
