An influencer and model has revealed why she spent €5,000 (£4,300) on bum surgery.
Scheila Santos, 31, said she 'wasn't considered Brazilian' because she had a flat bum – as well as "small breasts, a big nose and open ears".
So she revealed how she went under the knife to boost her confidence.

And said she now "can't complain" about her look.
Talking about the situation, she told CO Press: "“In my teens I hated my body for being too thin.
"I suffered attacks at school, they did not consider me Brazilian.
"I had a big nose, open ears, my breasts were very small and my butt was also skinny… Those were things that bothered me a lot."
Explaining the surgery she had, she added: "I had rhinoplasty, silicone breast implants, surgery to correct the ears, facial harmonisation and gluteoplasty."
Gluteoplasty is a procedure for augmenting the buttocks, with the aim of reshaping the region, restoring the contour, shape and size of the bum.
The reasons can be aesthetic and also to correct some deformities.
The surgery can be done using silicone prosthetic implants or the fat graft taken from liposuction elsewhere on the body, which has become a more popular option.
As well as the surgery, Scheila also said she does weight training and usually goes to the gym three times a week to stay in shape.
Along with gluteoplasty, a lot of women opt for Brazilian butt lifts (BBLs) to get bigger bums.
This is a fat transfer procedure which sees excess fat from the surrounding areas – typically the hips, thighs, lower back – removed with liposuction and then strategically injected back into the buttocks in small volume.
However, the procedure can be dangerous, with a surgeon warning last year that the growing trend for BBLs is 'deadly'.
