Inside Billie Shepherds paradise family holiday to the Maldives in lavish hotel

Billie Shepherd, her husband Greg and their three children are all enjoying a luxurious vacation in the Maldives over the Easter break.

The family are staying at the five-star Ayada Maldives resort, which costs upwards of £360 a night and is located in the pristine Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll in the south of the country. The resort boasts a wide range of restaurants for the family to choose from, a spa, a large variety of water sports, excursions and other activities to keep the kids entertained during their stay.

Through a series of Instagram posts, the couple have been sharing glimpses of their glamorous trip with fans. In one of the posts, Nelly, 8, is pictured showing the camera her butterfly shaped pancake for her breakfast.

Billie also posted a picture of herself holding four-month-old Margot against the stunning backdrop of the sunset, captioning the post: "Margot in the Maldives".

Billie then shared an adorable Easter picture of her two daughters, both dressed in pink outfits and beaming in the sunshine. She captioned the sweet post: “Happy Easter from my little bunnies.”

Another snap revealed the breathtaking location of their holiday, as the star strolled on a long bridge over the crystal-clear waters.

"After a taxi, two flights, and a boat ride, we finally made it to paradise," Billie wrote in the caption. "The journey was undoubtedly worth it. I feel so grateful to be here," before wishing her followers a happy Easter.

Despite the lavish holiday, Billie recently opened up aboutfeeling mum guiltas she attempts to juggle her bustling work life while maintaining her family of five. Speaking to The Sun about Disney’s The Wonder of Play campaign, Billie said that “mum guilt” is definitely a thing.

"It's definitely something that I've had over the years, and yes I feel like sometimes it is down to work,” she said, noting how her younger kids ask why she’s got to work.

She explained: "We're so open and honest with the kids, and I think that you do just have to be honest, and that is why we're working. It's ultimately so that, you know, we can have a nice life and it's all for them.

"I think 'mum guilt' does kick in, but I feel like I just try and have a bit of a balance, I think, obviously, at the minute, it feels quite a lot, because I have gone back to work pretty soon, I think most women have a year maternity leave for some jobs, and that's amazing.”

While chatting with OK last month, Billie spoke further about the highs and lows of motherhoods, explaining: “What I really struggle with is if I have loads of questions thrown at me, or I’m trying to organise plans, I really struggle to concentrate on one thing.

"It’s like brain fog. I didn’t have that with Nelly and Arthur and I think it could be something hormonal as well. It’s a mixture, because my life is quite full on.”
