Ioan Gruffudd’s eldest daughter with estranged wife Alice Evans, Ella, has filed a restraining order against her famous dad, Page Six can confirm.

Los Angeles Superior Court records show that the 13-year-old’s case is filed under “domestic violence protection.”

Documents for the filing were not listed in the record, but according to the Daily Mail, the young teen requested the temporary restraining order following an incident at her father’s house.

Ella and her younger sister, Elsie, 9, were reportedly visiting the home Gruffudd shares with his girlfriend, Bianca Wallace, at the time.

The teen also filed a restraining order request and a civil harassment protection order against Wallace.

Hearings for both cases are scheduled for June 22 and June 23, respectively.

Reps for Gruffudd and Alice did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Ella’s filings are the latest in a string of dramatic circumstances that have plagued this family in recent years.

Gruffudd, 49, filed to divorce Alice, 54, in March 2021 after she blasted him on social media.

The British-American actress said on Instagram at the time that the “Titanic” actor had left her in “excruciating” pain due to the split.

“I am still fighting against it, because I love our kids, and I still love him, but something has happened inside his head and whatever it is, I don’t see him coming back to us,” she added.

That following October, Alice accused Gruffudd of having a three-year affair with her friend and claimed he “mentally tortured” her when they were together.

In February 2022, the “Forever” alum filed a request for a restraining order against his estranged wife, claiming that she threatened to “make false public accusations,” “sell false stories to the press” and “destroy” his career if he left her.

“Alice threatened to tell people I had abused her and our daughters,” the petition further alleged, “threatened to call the police on me if I did not comply with her demands.”

Alice denied her ex’s claims, stating at the time that she had not “hit, struck, attacked, threatened, assaulted, harassed, followed, stalked, molested, destroyed the personal property of, kept under surveillance, impersonated, blocked the movement of, annoyed by phone or electronic means by repeated contact, or disturbed the peace” of Gruffudd or Wallace.

However, a judge reportedly granted Gruffudd a three-year restraining order against Alice in August 2022.

“She had become increasingly volatile and seemingly intent on destroying his career with her character assassination,” a source previously told the Daily Mail, adding that the “Fantastic Four” star hoped the order getting granted would “put an end” to the discourse.

During this time, Alice had been pursuing legal and physical custody of Ella and Elsie.

However, she was willing to give Gruffudd visitation rights to see the girls.

The British-born actor said in a court filing obtained by the Daily Mail in February that he did not want to prolong the custody battle, as it had been delayed due to Alice reportedly violating her restraining order and so she had to attend a criminal trial first.

“I initially filed the custody RFO because of Alice’s ongoing behavior toward me and toward the children, and because I believed she was interfering in my relationship with them,” the father of two explained at the time.

“I believe Alice continues to interfere in my relationships with the children to this day, and I believe that further custody orders are imperative at this time to prevent additional damage to the relationships and emotional harm to Ella and Elsie as a result of Alice’s continuing behavior.”

The former couple reportedly agreed, though, for a continuance and re-scheduled custody hearing for July 13.
