Jess Margera tragically shared that his brother, Bam Margera, is “dying” as he battles drug addiction.

“I hope none of you have to hurt as much as me right now,” Jess wrote on his Instagram Story over a photo of him and Bam.

“He is dying and there is nothing I can do about it.”

But Jess used a vastly different tune on Twitter Sunday, claiming he may have “permanent hearing damage” following Bam’s attack and threatened to sue his brother for lost wages.

“If that’s the case all of my bands upcoming touring income he will be sued for and I will f–king win. I’m not a fun enemy to have,” Jess tweeted, before adding that he’d donate the money to mental health programs.

The CKY drummer, 44, later clarified that not only would he be suing the former “Jackass” star, but so would “every band member from every bands [sic] lost income from canceling, crew members, tour bus companies, management commissions, concert promoters, booking agencies and accountants.”

The professional skateboarder, 43, turned himself in last week after police issued a warrant for his arrest following Bam’s attack on his family. Jess claimed on Twitter that Bam had been on the run and in the midst of a breakdown due to meth addiction.

Bam’s attorney, Michael van der Veen, told Page Six shortly thereafter that the MTV alum entered a plea of not guilty following his arraignment.

The “Viva La Bam” alum announced on Instagram Friday that he would stop drinking for the sake of his son, Phoenix, whom he shares with ex Nicole Boyd.

He then denied ever using meth by posting a photo of himself in front of an urgent care holding what appears to be test results.

“Well my brother made false accusations of me being on meth,” the caption began, going on to explain that he went with his “lawyers” to get tested after Jess claimed that his younger brother was high during an alleged assault.

The troubled reality star claimed the drug test was negative.

In a third post, Bam accepted Lamar Odom’s offer to get clean after the former NBA player told TMZ that he would house Bam in his new California rehab facility free of charge.

“Lamar Odom, I just heard your message. Yes, I do want your help,” Bam answered.
