While many establishments pride themselves on top notch service and quiver at complaints, the staff at Karen's Diner are on a mission to keep their customers on edge. The diner with venues across the globe is famed for its "great burgers and rude service".
And diners dare not ask to speak to the manager.

For this one lad's birthday, the diner certainly pulled out all of the stops to make his celebration special – but in true Karen style. Alike your bog-standard restaurant, the staff brought out a cake for the punter.
However, the sponge came with a cruel twist. The quiff sporting, glasses wearing birthday boy was given a personalised cake that compared him to a much-loved animated character.
No, not a charming Disney prince.
The Karen's Diner staff hilariously dubbed him Sid from Ice Age. Although, the brutal comparison didn't stop there. They went one step further by branding him the 'Wish' – a budget online shopping service – version of the sloth.
The lad appeared to take it well as he grinned with the Sid birthday cake that read: "Happy f***in whatever Sid from Wish."

"It's great to see Sid from Ice Age is doing well and having fun at Karen's," the official Instagram account of the bizarre restaurant jibed. "Pre-book your polite and friendly cake in before your visit to make it extra special. Where we lack in candles, we make up for being funny AF."
The UK Instagram account Karen's Diner added: "Read the cake and then tell us how bloody accurate it is.
"We've said it before and we'll say it again, everyone looks like someone… or in this case, something."
