Kate Middleton stuns in half-price burgundy pleated dress — heres where to buy it

Kate Middleton proves once again that she always manages to balance high street and designer perfectly, as she’s spotted in a burgundy pleated dress from Karen Millen paired with luxury accessories.

The Princess of Wales was spotted in the Long Sleeve Pleated Midi Trench Dress from Karen Millen,£183.20 here, with the dress being reduced to half price from £229 in the brand’s sale. Kate wore the burgundy version, but the midi dress is also available in black, forest green, and camel, as well as coming in a petite range too, which is also£183.20 here.

Kate wore the burgundy dress, which features a midi length pleated skirt with a tailored trench coat-style bodice and oversized lapels and belted waist, whilst out and about in Birmingham attending royal engagements.

The dress is almost completely sold out, although there are a few sizes left in each colour, so fans will have to be quick if they want to snap up Kate’s exact dress.

In keeping with her tradition of mixing high street brands with more luxurious labels, Princess Kate teamed her Karen Millen dress with matching burgundy suede stiletto heels, which are believed to be the Gianvito 105 pumps from Gianvito Rossi,£600 here, in the appropriately named ‘Royal Burgundy Suede’ colour. Kate has been spotted in the Italian designer pumps since 2015, and they have become one of her go-to styles for wearing during public engagements.

She also can be seen wearing the ‘Dina earrings’ from Sezane, which cost£100 here, in ‘Ocean Blue’ which are made from natural stones and gold plated recycled brass. Kate also wore her Daniella Draper Baby Treasure Necklace in gold, which costs£825 here, and is available with a range of precious stones.

The Princess completed her accessories with a Smythson Panama East/West zip tote bag, which costs£675 here. Kate styled her hair in long loose curls, and stuck to her signature natural-looking makeup with a nude lip and soft smoky eye.

She also ditched the burgundy nail polish that she was spotted wearing during Easter Sunday service, and has returned to her usual nail varnish-free nails.
