Lenny Hochstein threw his estranged wife Lisa Hochstein’s aunt out of his house because she hurled antisemitic remarks at him, the plastic surgeon’s girlfriend claims.

“Lisa’s aunt resorted to foul, offensive and derogatory language, including making antisemitic comments about my boyfriend and his mother’s background in front of the children, leading to her removal from the premises following necessary intervention,” Katharina Mazepa tells Page Six exclusively after she and Lenny called the police on Lisa’s elderly aunt and nearly 80-year-old mother.

The model, 27, clarifies that while Lisa’s aunt, who is not Jewish, was escorted out, the “Real Housewives of Miami” star’s mom ultimately remained “at the house and was not asked to leave.”

However, Lisa, 41, tells Page Six that she is “used to” Lenny’s and Mazepa’s “lies.”

“They can say all they want, as they usually do. … Remember, this is not the first time Lenny has gotten caught on video showing his true ugly colors, and just as expected, and like last time, they respond with lies,” she says, referring to Lenny’s infamous “hot mic” moment on “RHOM” in which he suggested to a friend that he would be leaving Lisa.

Page Six exclusively reported Monday that Lenny, 57, allegedly threw his mother-in-law and her sister out of his house after they confronted him over Mazepa wearing lingerie in front of his and Lisa’s two kids: Logan, 8, and Elle, 3.

Lisa’s mother and aunt had been babysitting when the “boob god,” who moved into a luxury apartment upon filing for divorce from Lisa in May 2022, and his girlfriend crashed the mansion and refused to leave.

“Lenny and his girlfriend have been coming over every day since I’ve been on vacation. Yesterday they came and slept over,” Lisa explained to us, adding that Mazepa walked around in nothing but a black negligee.

Lisa, who has legal rights to the home until early September when she has to move out, claimed Lenny began verbally attacking her mother.

“You have zero rights, zero rights. You have zero rights to be here,” we’re told he said. “Get out of my house. Get out. Grab your s–t, and get out right now. Get your s–t and go.”

Mazepa, who claims Lisa has a “personal vendetta” against her, now insists she was “dressed appropriately” around Logan and Elle and even claims to have been wearing a swimsuit underneath her nightie.

“Contrary to any insinuations made, there was no inappropriate attire around the children, whom I have grown to have a great relationship with,” she tells Page Six, adding that she is trying to end this “narcissistic victim mentality campaign of vitriol.”

However, Lisa says the “only reason” Mazepa feels she has a rapport with the kids is because she “safeguarded them” from the model’s “nonsense.”

“My No. 1 concern has always been my children and their well-being, even if that means I can’t tell them the truth about the self-proclaimed home-wrecker,” the Peacock personality adds.

Lisa and Lenny were married for 12 years before their split. We broke the news in July that they finally reached a divorce settlement, though they have not signed off on it yet.
