Kevin Costner is accusing his estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, of robbing him blind with expensive purchases before their split.
The “Yellowstone” actor claims his ex bought personal items and took out cash with credit cards from the staff that runs the family house — and he believes she devised this plan before she filed for divorce in May.
In court docs obtained by Page Six, Costner, 68, said the handbag designer “has shown a disturbing propensity in the last several months, both before and after separation, to take [Kevin’s] property without his knowledge or consent, especially since this case was filed.”
The docs filed Thursday allege Baumgartner, 49, paid a Los Angeles criminal defense lawyer $25,000 from her husband’s separate property funds — without his knowledge — and has no explanation for the large expense.
The docs further claim the mom of three paid her divorce lawyer, Susan Wiesner, “on the credit card of an employee which is traditionally used for Costner family house charges and paid by [Kevin].”

Additionally, Costner’s lawyers allege that Baumgartner bought an expensive vehicle months before they separated, which was out of the ordinary for the couple because they always leased their cars.
The couple’s prenup, which was signed in 2004, says Baumgartner is permitted to take her personal vehicle with her in the event of a split.
The Oscar winner’s legal team claims the car purchase is evidence that she “had been planning her exit long before she told [Kevin] in April 2023.”
Costner’s attorneys also allege in the new docs that Baumgartner refused to sign an agreement stating that she would not ransack their home before moving out.
The “Bodyguard” star’s new filing comes days after a judge ruled that the actor had to pay Baumgartner $129,755 per month in child support.
The judge also ordered Costner to pay $200,000 in attorney’s fees and $100,000 in forensic costs.
The estranged couple, who share three children together, will each be required to pay 50 percent of their kids’ health care expenses, sports and extracurricular activities.
Since Baumgartner filed for divorce after 18 years of marriage, she and the father of seven have been engaged in a messy battle over their prenuptial agreement.
The “Hidden Figures” actor had been pushing to get Baumgartner to vacate their shared home for weeks under their premarital agreement that stated she would leave their Santa Barbara estate within 30 days if a separation were ever to occur.
While she argued that Costner had “no legal basis” to kick her out, a judge ruled last week that she has to vacate the home by July 31.
