Kevin Costner is spending quality time with his three kids after being ordered to pay $129K a month in child support amid his divorce from Christine Baumgartner.

Per documents obtained by People, the “Yellowstone” actor declared he couldn’t make it to court on Wednesday due to a “pre-planned” vacation with his children — Grace, 13, Hayes, 14, and Cayden, 16 — to British Columbia, Canada.

In terms of the couple’s shared custody of their kids and why they are spending solo time with their dad, Costner’s legal team said in the docs, “The children are teenagers and may come and go between his home and Christine’s home once she finds a new residence.”

His court appearance was meant to be yet another step towards finalizing his divorce from Baumgartner after she filed in May over “irreconcilable differences.” They had been married for 18 years.

Things had gotten muddy between the two after the handbag designer refused to leave their family home — something she had to do within 30 days of filing for divorce, according to their prenup.

On top of that, she had wanted Costner, 68, to pay $248,000 a month in child support. A judge, however, ordered him to pay $129,755 a month, per court documents obtained by Fox News on Tuesday.

That was still double what Costner had proposed. He had previously argued that his estranged wife only needed for their three kids $51,940 a month before accusing her of wanting extra funds for her own personal expenses, such as shopping and cosmetic procedures.

Aside from child support, the judge also ordered the “Bodyguard” actor to pay $100,000 in forensic costs and $200,000 in attorney’s fees.

Additionally, the former couple was ordered to split 50 percent of their children’s expenses, including health care, sports and extracurricular activities.

As for Baumgartner, per their prenup, she would be entitled to $30,000 a month to rent a new home and an additional $10,000 for moving expenses.

The judge also decided to enforce their prenup and ordered Baumgartner to move out at the end of the month.

A source close to Baumgartner claimed that their messy divorce is due to Costner wanting to “humiliate” his estranged wife.

“This isn’t about the house, it’s about making Christine’s life a living hell for actually going through with the divorce,” the insider alleged. “It was Christine who wanted to make this transition as peaceful as possible for the sake of the children. Kevin has done the complete opposite.”

Page Six had reached out to Costner’s rep for comment but didn’t receive any at the time of publication.

The “Dances with Wolves” star also shares three kids — Joe, 35, Lily, 36, and Annie, 39 — with his ex-wife Cindy Silva. He also has another adult son Liam, 26, with ex Bridget Rooney.
