Khloé Kardashian reminisced on life before she “changed” her “look” and said old photos made her look like she was “wearing a fat suit.”
The Good American co-founder said in the latest episode of “The Kardashians” that she had the “most confidence as a chubby kid” but a vocal society for making her insecure.
“I’ve been torn apart the minute that I’ve gone on TV. I didn’t look like my sisters, so therefore, it’s not good enough,” Khloé said during a confessional.
“Then when I started, whatever, changing my look, you get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever, I had a nose job, and there’s still people constantly bullying you.”
While spending time with Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, the “Kocktails With Khloé” alum showed them old photos and doubled down on her weight even though the Lemme founder said, “Also, I look back, you weren’t chubby.”
“Well, I was, but it’s fine,” Khloé, 39, responded. “It’s like I’m wearing a fat suit.”

The reality star also revealed that she went for a nose job because of critical comments her mom, Kris Jenner, made.
“Who knows if I never heard my mom talk about my nose, if I would have thought that I needed a nose job,” Khloé said.
After years of speculation from fans about her plastic surgery, the former “Revenge Body” star finally admitted at the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reunion in June 2021 that she had gone for just one rhinoplasty.
“Everybody says, ‘Oh, my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ But I’ve had one nose job.”
She also admitted to going for “injections” and responding “poorly” to Botox.
Khloé later said her one “regret” about her nose job, which she went for a couple of weeks before her daughter True’s first birthday, was that she didn’t do it sooner.
“My whole life I would say — I’ve always wanted my nose done, forever,” she told Robin Roberts in a sit-down interview.
“But it’s in the middle of your face and it’s scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it.”
