Lily James shot down rumors of an upcoming pop star-pivot.

Yesterday, The Sun reported that the “Pam & Tommy” star planned to release two singles this summer, quoting an anonymous source, who said of the “Cinderella” actress, “She has written and performed two amazing songs with DJ Yoda, called Airplane Mode and Breathe.”

The source explained that the actress, 33, had been planning to release one of the two singles last year, “but everything got delayed,” adding, “Now she has decided to treat fans to two tracks rather than one.”

The unnamed tipster continued, “She loves singing and has a great voice … She cannot wait for people to hear what they come up with.”

James, however, has denied that any such plans are in the works, according to The Daily Mail.

Page Six has reached out to James’ reps for comment.

James has made use of her impressive singing chops in the course of acting roles, most memorably in the 2018 “Mamma Mia!” sequel/prequel “Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again,” in which she plays Meryl Streep’s Donna as a young woman in the 1970s in a series of flashbacks.

In preparation for recording her part, James apparently didn’t speak for a week, telling People, “I went on steroids and didn’t talk.”

She also mentioned having “struggled” with her vocal health in the years since departing drama school: “I lose my voice a lot … I have issues — it’s really scary and heartbreaking.”

The “Downton Abbey” star could also be spotted singing in Danny Boyle’s 2019 dramedy “Yesterday,” in which she played Ellie Appleton, the love interest of a musician who wakes up to discover he’s the only one who remembers The Beatles.

James most recently made a splash portraying Pamela Anderson in the drama mini-series “Pam & Tommy,” which depicts the events around the leak of the “Baywatch” icon and Tommy Lee’s sex tape.
