Mark Zuckerberg shared footage from a recent wakeboarding excursion to Instagram Reels Saturday, setting the clip of him navigating the waves to “Heat Waves” by Glass Animals — Wow, Zuck, very meta indeed!

Weaving back and forth across the boat’s wake throughout the clip, the Meta CEO captioned the post “Some Saturday turns.”

The tech juggernaut initially holds fast to a rope attached to the craft tugging him across the water’s surface, gaining momentum until eventually he drops the cable and continues on, coasting forward on his own.

Lasting just shy of a minute, the video ends with the Facebook founder still gliding along triumphantly, his speed barely waning as he maintains his balance on the board — and thereby denying Reel viewers the sight of it gradually slowing down enough to deposit its billionaire cargo in the surrounding lake.

The location — similar in appearance to the backdrop of a video posted July 4, 2021 showing Zuckerberg on an electronic surfboard and wielding an American flag — is suspected to be Lake Tahoe, on which the exec purchased a sprawling estate in 2018.

Zuckerberg embarked on the watery jaunt after weathering another tense week at Meta, which, in contrast to his many flawlessly completed “turns” as captured on his latest wakeboarding spree, has crashed as of late, its stocks plunging more than 52% since the beginning of the year, according to the Washington Post.
