While Donald Trump is energized about his possible arrest and indictment, his family is “tired,” a source tells Page Six.

We reported this week that the former president is in “high spirits” — and that his team is “pumped” — over all the media attention he’s getting, as they think it’ll rile up his base.

However, a source tells us his wife, Melania, isn’t showing the same enthusiasm.

“She wants to be away from it. She wants to protect [their son] Barron,” 17, says a source.

“Melania is lying very low,” the insider continued. “She hasn’t been coming out for the dinners and events at Mar-a-Lago. He is acting like everything is normal, but she hasn’t been social.”

We hear Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, and her husband, Jared Kushner, a former senior White House advisor, are similarly steering clear.

“They want nothing to do with this,” says a source. “They are staying away and don’t want to be hounded by reporters. I don’t think you will see them defending him, it will be no comment.”

The source added: “Ivanka lost a lot of friends and her social scenes during his presidency… They want to put it in the rearview. They want it behind them.”

Another source tells us the couple are “happy building their life in Miami.”

The Post reported in November that Trump begged both Ivanka and Kushner, who have three children together, to join his campaign team.

Trump denied he asked them on social media, claiming he wanted to shield the pair — who previously worked with him extensively — from the “mean and nasty” world of politics.

Ivanka released a statement saying, “I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family. I do not plan to be involved in politics.”

In February, both Kushner and Ivanka were reportedly subpoenaed by a special counsel investigating the 45th president’s role in the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot. Ivanka was also separately named in a fraud case against her father’s company — but her team has filed papers saying she wasn’t involved in the dealings.

Trump’s potential arrest and indictment stems from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s ongoing probe into alleged hush money paid to porn star Stormy Daniels prior to the 2016 election. Daniels claims she had an affair with Trump in 2006, which he denies.

Earlier this week, Page Six reported that Trump is in “high spirits” and that he and his team are loving the publicity surrounding his potential indictment.

A source told us, ““They are very pumped about this. . . If an indictment and arrest happens, he wants it to be public.”

Trump’s people are even planning to “try and film and document it with their own camera crew, they want a shot of him in cuffs and will release the mugshot. They are loving this stuff,” a source said.

Another source explained Trump is “reveling in being back in the news and the center of attention. He thinks this ‘trumped-up charge’ will help him with his base.”

Reps did not respond to requests for comment.
