The weener chastity cage remains secured 24/7 and prevents them from getting an erection, sex or having a fiddle, but there is a hole for urination at least. Those willing to cough up the cash can even send the key to the lock to Valentina.
She keeps the key safe in her sexy office, or around her neck. And, there's even a 'punishment' if they can't hack the full month.
"I think there’s definitely some weird kinks that come out around Halloween," Valentina teased in an exclusive interview with Daily Star. "So something that is really really popular which is Locktober – which is chastity over the month of October so men lock their c***s up in cages for women like me and pay us to do that.
"So they will pay us everyday in October a fee for being locked up for us and will we talk to them and that goes on until October 31st.
"And then, it can even continue into something called No Nut November where they’re not locked up, but they’re not allowed to ejaculate."
Valentina operates Locktober entirely online and provides a number of services – along with daily check-ins – to ensure her clients are keeping the cage fitted at every hour. Although punters don't meet Valentina face-to-face, she has a very hands on approach to the fetish.
The tattooed dominatrix starts her Locktober services at $50 (£41.34) and can charge up to £1,500 for the full package – which includes keeping the keys to the cages in her possession. So far, Valentina has racked up over £5,000 from the kinky customers – and that's on top of her usual earnings.
She has a price for absolutely everything and does nothing for free, and that includes men wasting her time by dropping out of the challenge.
"I’ve got about 10 clients that are in chastity for me this October," Valentina revealed. "One of them has dipped out of it and paid to get out of chastity, they can buy out of it. I charged that guy £500 to get the cage off.
"I charge dependent on their budget, I look at what they can spend, they tell me what the maximum they can spend over that time is and I’ll sort of work out how I can take chunks from them, ask them to tip me or buy me gifts and also have a regular payment from them.
"Starting price to lock themselves up for me is $50 (£41.34), dollars as I have a large American audience online. But an 'all inclusive' package where they send their key and I wear it round my neck is £1,500 – which two people have done but one I discounted for his budget.
"All in all, Locktober specific, I’ve made £5063.54 this month so far on top of my usual earnings – that’s key holding fees and Locktober related content."

Valentina makes anywhere from £6,000-£10,000 a month through her adult work – and Locktober certainly gives that a big boost. The dominatrix initially discovered the fetish when speaking to her clients so she can understand their desires.
Alongside sexy Halloween content, Locktober makes October one of the most profitable months for Valentina. And she's certainly got a watchful eye on the next big thing…
"A lot of men pay quite a lot of money for that sort of service, it’s only in October that Locktober is a thing," Valentina explained. "They keep them on all day, it looks like a torture device. Everything has a price. Anything where I have to have more input, I charge for.
"Obviously I keep track of how particular fetishes do so I can focus on one if it becomes really popular…"
