From “Desperate Housewives” to… “Real Housewives”?

Nicollette Sheridan claims Bravo producers are going the extra mile in an effort to cast her on the 13th season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

“Knocking at my door…how desperate are y’all to have me?” the actress, 59, tweeted Saturday, adding, “@BravoTV@Andy#RHOBH.”

She also replied to her own tweet with a GIF of Jack Nicholson knocking on a door as Jack Torrance in the “The Shining.”

As for why Bravo may be seeking out Sheridan? The actress – who played Edie Britt in “Desperate Housewives” – has some interesting ties to the reality star “Housewives.”

Sheridan was married to Lisa Rinna’s husband Harry Hamlin from 1991 to 1992. She was also married to Denise Richards’ husband Aaron Phypers from 2015 to 2018.

Page Six has reached out to Bravo for comment.

Social media users were quick to applaud the potential casting, with many begging Bravo to follow through with their requests.

“Beyond desperate. We don’t deserve. But we need you Queen,” one Twitter user wrote, while another tagged Andy Cohen and pleaded, “@Andy cast this icon, immediately #RHOBH.”

A third person chimed in, writing, “Desperate? No, but I think you’re just the person that show needs to kick it in high gear!”

Meanwhile, others argued that Sheridan should have actually been cast alongside Rinna, who announced her exit from the show earlier this year, for maximum drama.

“I’ll admit I was desperate to have you on #RHOBH too but only to see the Rinna takedown & I think that ship has sailed now,” one fan tweeted.

“Why did you hold off for so long? We’ve been begging you for years! Such a missed opportunity.”

As for Rinna, she previously said that the new season of “RHOBH” will be missing “everything” without her presence.

“The girls are gonna be fine,” she clarified in an interview with E! News. “What I think that I brought to the show was I was always game. I am professional to know that we have a job to do.”

She added, “So, I went in there and I gave it my all and I did my job, so I will always feel good about that.”
