Rebel Wilson’s dieting secrets after her weight loss include a shockingly low daily calorie count.

“I was just actually in a program where I learned about food, and they taught us that you don’t really need as many calories as you think,” the “Pitch Perfect” star told the Daily Mail Thursday at a launch party for her Fluid dating app, which Casamigos hosted at Funke in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Wilson, 43, claimed “you really only need about 600 calories a day,” as opposed to “1,500 or 2,000.”

While the actress admitted the idea “might sound crazy” to some, she believes “your body doesn’t need a lot of calories.”

Wilson noted, “Everyone thinks that you need to eat so much … but if you eat right and you eat small portions, you’ll be just fine.

“The problem is that people are stuck at a desk or in their car, and they tend to get hungry,” she continued. “They want to eat because that’s how they deal with stress or it’s a habit.”

The “Senior Year” star, who has lost more than 70 pounds in recent years, went on to tell the outlet that she has gained weight since welcoming daughter Royce via surrogate in November 2022.

“Now I can’t go to the gym as often as I used to; I’m just not working out as much, so that has slowed me down,” the new mom explained, also blaming her “lack of sleep” and “change of lifestyle.”

While Wilson’s fiancée, Ramona Agruma, also gained weight post-baby, the “Isn’t It Romantic” star has been “jealous” of her partner’s progress.

“She lost it really fast,” Wilson said. “I have not been able to lose the weight as fast.”

The couple went public with their relationship via Instagram in June 2022 after an Australian newspaper threatened to out the “Wedge” alum.

The duo got engaged at Disneyland after less than one year of dating, but Wilson told Page Six Thursday that they have yet to begin the wedding planning process.

“It’s really hard,” she explained. “It’s been interesting to talk about it, but [we] don’t have any plans yet.”
