People were left in total shock after an advertisement for a room at a property came with a major catch.
The advert was placed to rent a space at the Melbourne home for $270 (£135.22) a week, but it's not as simple as a cash payment.
Initially it seemed like a bargain, as the property is located close to trains, and the internet and utilities are all free.

It may sound ideal, but you have to be prepared to shack up with a stranger too.
This is what was specified on the ad for the two bedroom, one bathroom home which was recently shared to a housemate Facebook group.
"Looking for 1 female to share 2nd room (2pp in room including you)," the post read.
"Totally 3 people in house, $270/week/person."
The information was shared alongside a snap of the room, which showed two single beds side-by-side.
They were separated by a little bedside table, and there were a few rules in place when it came to moving in.
Anyone interested in the space had to agree to having no guests in their room, and smoking was also banned.
Those who formed part of the social media group were left quite miffed by the ad, and many dubbed it "delusional".
Some even proposed they were trying to rip off vulnerable tenants.
One person wrote: "This person is advertising a freaking bed for near $300 a week ewww."
"Tell me you’re deluded without telling me," another added.
Meanwhile, someone else proposed the advertisement was "not only appalling but delusional" too.
“I’m gunna say this you are disgusting your (sic) trying to get someone to rent a damn bed,” they wrote.
It was also posted in a tenant support Facebook group, and left others in total shock too.
One member quipped the tenant would have to "BYO headphones" to block out their roommate.
Another added: "They can’t be serious", while another said: "This s*** needs to be stopped."
