Maya Vander has been “pushing forward” in the six months since delivering her stillborn son.

“I have women (who might be going through the something similar) ask me how I’m doing after my stillbirth & pregnancy loss and how I’m able to continue pushing forward with my daily life,” the “Selling Sunset” star, 40, told her Instagram followers Wednesday.

“Everyone handles loss in their own way, but for me I find the key is to stay busy,” she continued. “A healthy distraction always keeps me going.”

Vander advised fellow grieving moms to “get to work, socialize with people, get your body moving (endorphins🤍) and talk to someone.”

The real estate agent, who shares son Aiden, 3, and daughter Elle, 2, with husband David Miller, concluded, “From my own experiences, I know the pain of loss won’t heal overnight, but today is a great day to begin or continue furthering the healing process.”

Vander revealed in July 2021 that she was pregnant with baby No. 3 but experienced a stillbirth five months later.

“Yesterday was the hardest day of my life,” the Netflix personality wrote via Instagram at the time. “I had a stillbirth at 38 weeks. I always heard of it but never imagined I’ll be part of the statistics.”

Vander posted a photo of the memory box she took home from the hospital, adding, “I do not wish this on anyone,” she wrote. “What was a regular weekly checkup turned into a nightmare that I never imagine will happen to me. … You will always be in my heart baby Mason.”

While celebrating Christmas with her toddlers two weeks later, the reality star admitted that she was having a “difficult” time.

“I never experienced grief this way,” she wrote in the December 2021 Instagram upload. “Our family is taking it one day at a time and we are just trying our best for the kids.”

Vander discussed her stillbirth during the “Selling Sunset” reunion last month, telling host Tan France that she has been doing “much better” since the “freak accident.”
