Tia, Tamera or Rihanna?
Tia Mowry shared an Instagram Reel “trying to channel [her] inner Rihanna” Friday — but her 11-year-old son, Cree, simply wasn’t having it.
In the playful video, Mowry, 44, asks her tween how he feels about her sexy look, a long-sleeved leopard-print swimsuit belted at the waist and styled with thigh-high black boots and giant gold hoop earrings.
“Like my outfit?” Mowry asks Cree.
“No!” he exclaims from the kitchen, shaking his head while looking embarrassed for his Disney-alum mom.
When she tells him she’s wearing a swimsuit, he cheekily responds, “Oh really, it’s a bathing suit? Then why are you wearing thigh-high shoes, huh?”
When Mowry explains she’s just trying to dress like Beyoncé or the Bad Gal, Cree responds, “Don’t care.”
“Cree was NOT a fan 🤣 Y’all he really can’t with me LOL,” the “Sister, Sister” actress captioned her video, in part.
“It’s giving unbothered,” the “Twitches” actress captioned a separate Reel in the same controversial outfit, tossing her braid over her shoulder and smiling at the camera.
Mowry shares both Cree and daughter Cairo, 4, with her estranged husband, Cory Hardrict.
The couple was married for 14 years before Mowry filed for divorce in Oct. 2022 so she could focus on her happiness.
In November, Mowry offered an update amid the duo’s divorce proceedings, sharing that she was “thankful for God” and “thankful for [her] friends and family who lift [her] up and for [her] community and all the strong women who are growing and evolving with [her].”
Presumably, she’s also thankful for Rihanna.
