THERE'S nothing like a McDonald's breakfast to start your day off right if you're a fan of the chain.
But what time is breakfast served until, and what items are on the menu? Here's all you need to know.
What's on the McDonald's breakfast menu?
There are various options on the breakfast menu to choose from.
There are some newer additions like the breakfast roll and the breakfast muffin with jam.
But some fan favourites have been missing from the menu for years.
In January 2022, McDonald's revealed that breakfast bagels and wraps – which had been missing since March 2020 due to the pandemic – would not be returning to the menu.

But if you're craving your old favourites like a Sausage & Egg McMuffin or a Bacon Roll, they're still going strong.
This is what's available on the breakfast menu according to the chain's website:

But you don't have to visit dine-in branches to enjoy a McDonald's breakfast – you could get a home delivery through Just Eat, Uber Eats and McDonald's app directly, or a drive-through.

Be advised you'll have to pay extra if you order McDonald's to your door through using these apps.
What time does McDonald's breakfast menu finish?
The lunchtime menu used to start at the earlier time of 10:30am, but McDonald's bosses added an additional 30 minutes to the breakfast window in November 2019.
It now ends at 11am.
McDonald's advises customers to check serving times at their local restaurant to avoid disappointment.
Branches that are normally open 24 hours a day will begin serving the Breakfast Menu at 5am.
Other sites that will begin begin breakfast at their normal opening time.
Use their store locator tool to find out where your nearest one is and when it opens.
What McDonald's breakfast items are sold all day?
In other countries, breakfast items are available throughout the day at McDonald's restaurants.
However, this is not the case in the UK.
It means if you're looking for an Egg & Cheese McMuffin, you'll have to make sure you get one before the menu finishes at 11am.
According the McDonald's website, the reason why breakfast is only served until 11 is that breakfast menu items 'are cooked slightly differently and at a different temperature from items on our main menu.
"This means we don't have enough space in our kitchens to accommodate the cooking and preparation of our breakfast and main menus at the same time.
"The 11am cut off enables us to accommodate our breakfast lovers, whilst allowing the customers who enjoy our main menu to get their food before 11:30am."
