IT’S a nerve-racking day for Dream Team gaffer David Bradbury.
At the time of writing his tally of 352 points achieved in the month of August means he’s set to claim the first monthly prize of the season, a brand new PlayStation 5!
However, he could be swooped by a rival with assets active tonight as Leicester take on Man United at the King Power to complete the Game Week.
For those who don’t already know, we’re giving away another PlayStation 5 to the manager who racks up the most points in September!
To be clear, you could win the top prize if one of your existing teams pockets the most points in the given time frame (September 2nd to October 6th) or if you achieve the feat with a newly created team tailored to the month’s fixtures.
Remember, each Dream Team gaffer is allowed to create up to ten teams per season.
Whether you’re targeting the monthly prize, the overall Season jackpot, or mini-league glory, you’re going to want plenty of points in September.
With that in mind, let’s take a look at which teams have the best fixtures before the international break…

If they get through a trip to Old Trafford against a semi-resurgent Man United then Mikel Arteta’s side have got a great chance of making it through to the international break undefeated.
The European competitions get underway properly this month and so you’re going to want your XI to be stacked full of players with regular midweek commitments.

There’s never a bad time to back Pep Guardiola’s mob, is there?
Villa and Wolves look out of sorts at the start of this term and will probably be easy pickings for Erling Haaland (£7.5m) and company.
Sevilla are without a win in their first three La Liga games this season and will be dreading the visit of City to kick off their Champions League campaign.

A reminder here that Harry Kane (£7.6m) has scored 20 goals from 24 Champions League appearances in his career.
Spurs have been gifted a relatively favourable European group but that’s offset by a daunting trip to the Etihad (although they did win there last season) and a potential stumbling block in the form of Fulham, who have lost just one league game so far this campaign.

Has a 9-0 thrashing followed by a comeback win against Newcastle kickstarted the Reds’ season?
They’ll certainly fancy their chances in the Merseyside derby against an Everton side without a league win in 2022/23.
Jurgen Klopp’s men will be favourites in both their Champions League fixtures this month but they can expect intense contests against two teams very capable of upsetting the odds on the European stage.

Recent defeats to Leeds and Southampton mean it’s hard to predict how the Blues will go in the coming weeks.
Like Spurs they will be grateful for their Champions league match-ups but they’ll have to work hard domestically against two London rivals and Liverpool.

It’s a bad time to play table-topping Arsenal and few teams look forward to visiting Selhurst Park these days – that’s certainly a banana skin.
The Europa League has been a fruitful competition for Dream Team gaffers in recent years so it’ll be interesting to see which Man United players, if any, provide Thursday night returns this term.
The Red Devils finish the month with a home game against Leeds which, while emotionally charged, has been a productive one for them since the Yorkshire club regained their top flight status.
