Annie, 25, revealed she's been 'dealing with a torn plantar fascia' and 'unexplained endometriosis flare up'.

Addressing her fans, she wrote: "I'm not going to lie, this has been one of the most physically challenging and emotionally draining weeks of my life.

"Deal with a torn plantar fascia, an unexplained endometriosis flare up (I don't have my period), a cold and an autoimmune flare up all at the same time has me feeling pretty defeated."

She added: "I'd worked so hard the past four months to get rid of my Candida overgrowth and heal my gut and two weeks ago I was feeling amazing, so to go from that to where I am now is hard, especially so close to silly season when I'm supposed to be enjoying life."

The model concluded: "I'm taking it as a lesson to not take my good health for granted! So if you're reading this and you're feeling good and healthy, take a moment to be grateful for that because it's such a blessing!"

Plantar fascia rupture is an acute pain in the arch of the foot following "dynamic activity", according to feetmd.com. Meanwhile, endometriosis is a condition in which cells similar to the lining of the uterus, or endometrium, grow outside the uterus.

Autoimmune disease, which Annie also mentioned, happens when the body's natural defence system can't tell the difference between your own cells and foreign cells, causing the body to mistakenly attack normal cells.

The model, who previously hit headlines for sleeping with 300 people in a year, isn't having a very good week as she also hit headlines on Friday (November 24th) after her date demanded she pay their bill.

It seems the man, who she met on a dating app, expected her to cover the £$500 (£261) bill for their dinner and cocktails after reading about her income of $150,000 (£78,000) a month online.

She said in a video: "The guy expected me to pay. Over $500! Obviously I paid but it felt really ick. Like he just had that expectation because he saw how much my income is."
