Sangria is a no-brainer cocktail when it comes to summer parties. But instead of using the traditional red wine, rosé gives a sweeter palette when mixed with summer fruits like oranges and berries.

First pour half a bottle of the pink-coloured wine into a jug, then a shot of Triple Sec before topping up with pink lemonade.

Next goes in a choice of fruit mix, mint leaves and ice cubes.

Give it a good stir and pour to share.

Another fun summer cocktail is Frosé chiller — like frozen rosé in a slushie.

Chop fresh strawberries and sprinkle with caster sugar.

Refrigerate for a few hours to release the juice and add to your blender, as well as huge glug of rosé, loads of crushed ice, and whizz up.

Alternatively, pour the rosé into ice cube trays and freeze them overnight, then use them for a stronger slushie serving.

Garnish with more fresh strawberries and enjoy. Yum!

If you fancy a more classic cocktail, a margarita with rosé could be your new go-to drink.

Simply mix up a shot of quality blanco tequila with rosé, sugar syrup, and freshly-squeezed lime juice.

Serve in a chilled Margarita glass with the rim dipped in Himalayan pink sea salt and chilli flakes, and garnish with red chilli.
