The changes are due to the fact several presenters and pundits have pulled out of BBC sports programmes in solidarity with Lineker after he was suspended.

Therefore, the BBC was forced to alter their live coverage of this afternoon’s Women’s Super League game between United and Chelsea.

The BBC’s coverage started at 12.26pm – just four minutes before the game was due to start at 12.30pm.
The players were seen lining up in the tunnel before walking out onto the pitch. Adderley was heard introducing both sides before action got underway.
However, there was a technical error just 19 seconds into the game at Kingsmeadow. The sound cut out and left viewers scratch their heads.
Instead of listening to the voice of Adderley, those around the world were left hearing the stadium noise – just like on Match of the Day last night.
However, the technical fault didn’t last long. Adderley was back on commentary just 22 seconds later.
