ROLL UP, roll up… the Breeders' Cup is back in town and with a whole host of British and Irish superstars taking over, it looks all set to be a belter.

Templegate's day one Breeders' Cup tips

IT’s already been a big week for James Doyle who announced he was leaving Godolphin to be the No1 jockey to the Emir Of Qatar’s Wathnan Racing.

And he can celebrate his big-money move with a Breeders' Cup win on CARLA’S WAY (10.20).

She clocked a big personal best for Doyle (below) when winning the Rockfel at Newmarket and will relish this extra furlong on fast ground.

The tip looked the winner from the off at HQ and can take another step up.

Buchu is a threat after an easy win at Keeneland, while She Feels Pretty’s got speed but leaves it late so will need luck.

Britain should already have one on the board thanks to BIG EVS (9.00) in the opening Juvenile Turf Sprint.

He has the two main things you need to win over five furlongs on this tight turf track – a low draw and a fast start.

This son of the brilliant sprinter Blue Point has made all on four of her five starts.

Apart from one blip in the Nunthorpe at York he has been fantastic and teamed up with tonight’s rider Tom Marquand for the first time when winning the Flying Childers.

She has won on quick ground and can see off other low draws No Nay Mets and Crimson Advocate who look her main rivals for the home team.

RIVER TIBER (11.40) can ensure Aidan O’Brien is in the winners.

The colt has a good low draw and should come into his own over this trip after a close-up third in the Middle Park over an inadequate six furlongs.

O’Brien is going for a sixth win in the race.

Stablemate Unquestionable has a shout too after going close in this class at Longchamp.

TAMARA (9.40) is hard to beat after clocking a scorching time at Del Mar.

Trainer Richard Mandella has won this race three times before and says this is his best filly yet.

Candied looks the one to follow her home after landing a Keeneland Grade 1 in a fast time three weeks ago.
