CHELSEA could be given a boost in their pursuit of Victor Osimhen as Napoli are monitoring Blues winger Christian Pulisic.

Osimhen has been electric for the Serie A champions and is wanted by many of Europe’s elite clubs.

Chelsea are reportedly amongst the the teams looking to sign the Nigerian and could have a good chance attracting him to Stamford Bridge.

According to The Mail Online Napoli are interested in signing Chelsea outcast Pulisic, paving the way for a potential swap deal.

Pulisic has fallen out of favour at Chelsea and failed to make the impact he was ecpected to since his £55million move from Borussia Dortmund.

The London club have had a disappointing season despite spending almost £400m on new signings.

Napoli reportedly want £130m for Osimhen, who has netted 23 league goals this season.

The figure could be too high for Chelsea with growing concerns around the club about Financial Fair Play.

The possibility of a swap deal would make the deal more affordable for Chelsea and more attractive for Napoli despite Chelsea being unable to offer Champions League football next season.

It has also been reported that Romelu Lukaku could be considered as part of a swap deal with the £100million striker returning to London from his loan at Inter in the summer.
