Chelsea star Kai Havertz lined up for shock transfer to Champions League giants but fans are fuming | The Sun

REAL MADRID supporters have reacted furiously after shock reports linked them with a move for Chelsea’s Kai Havertz.

Los Blancos were pipped to the LaLiga title by Barcelona and had their quest to retain the Champions League trophy ended by Manchester City in the semi-finals.

That could now lead to some major changes at the Bernabeu with some believing that boss Carlo Ancelotti could be replaced over the summer.

And while his future remains unclear, long-serving stars such as Karim Benzema are also being rumoured to leave the club.

Madrid look to have won the race to sign England star Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund to bolster their midfield.

Now another name being linked with them is German international Havertz.

Havertz scored just nine times in 47 appearances.

But Marca states that has not put off Madrid, who have placed him on their list of potential transfer targets.

But the news has not gone down well with Real Madrid fans as fans took to Twitter to vent their dismay.
