MARINA Granovskaia is set to leave Chelsea FC this summer as the London club continue their massive structural shake-up.
The former chief assistant to Roman Abramovich will vacate her position, with Todd Boehly to take care of transfer negotiations.
The news comes soon after the announcement that chairman Bruce Buck will step down after his 20 year tenure at Stamford Bridge.
Buck, 76, will leave his role at the end of the month, but will continue to support the football club as a senior advisor.

Raheem Sterling won't solve Chelsea's problems, says former star Franck Leboeuf.
The England international is being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in what could be a £60million transfer.
Leboeuf told ESPN: "If you have Sterling at his best, no doubt that it’s a plus.
"But what kind of player Chelsea would get I don’t know. Definitely he’s a fantastic player and can bring something special.
“That’s not going to resolve the problems Chelsea have, I think in terms of scoring goals and bringing the confidence back to all the players.
“What it’s not going to resolve as well is the crosses from the two wings, by Reece James and [Ben Chilwell].
"It’s going to be tricky if they don’t find somebody who can head the ball because neither Sterling nor Werner, Pulisic or even Mount are capable of giving something special from crosses.

Piazon suffers dislocated shoulder
Ex-Chelsea starlet Lucas Piazon has collected a busted shoulder and a red card – after helping his new club win the Battle of Brazil.
The winger spent nine seasons with the Blues, but made just three senior appearances.

Romelu Lukaku's return to the San Siro is edging closer, but Inter Milan's chief executive Giuseppe Marotta has warned that the deal is not without its complications.
Reports suggest that the Belgian will re-sign for the Nerazzurri initially on a season-long loan thought to be worth around £10m.
However, Marotta has today sought to manage expectations of Inter fans, telling them that any deal has to be financially right for the Serie A club.
