Everton announce hair transplant company as new partner after close shave with relegation last season | The Sun

EVERTON have confirmed hair transplant company Vera Clinic as their new partner.

The Toffees announced their agreement with the Turkish-based organisation on Friday morning.

A short post on social media simply read: "Welcoming our first Official Hair Transplant Partner to the Everton family. 🔵"

And football fans have reacted hilariously to the news of the link-up – which comes just four months after they endured a close shave with relegation down to the Championship.

One said: "For over 6 years I've been running a parody football club account. Most of the best gags have been about humiliating shirt sponsors and official partners.

"But not once in those approx 2,300 days did I dream up anything as perfect as this. I am completely in awe. Incredible."

Another added: "Do I get a free one with Everton being the direct cause of my slap head?"

And a third said: "What’s the discount if I get a shirt with Gravesen on the back?"

Everton secured their first Premier League win of the season on the eve of the international break.

Frank Lampard's men, who finished 16th back in May, were winless in their opening six matches of the campaign – drawing four and losing two.
