‘Funny thing, karma’ – Piers Morgan takes brutal swipe at Man Utd over Cristiano Ronaldo exit after Liverpool rout | The Sun

PIERS MORGAN gleefully took to social media after Manchester United's 7-0 battering at the hands of Liverpool.

The Sun columnist and Arsenal fan aimed a swipe at the Red Devils following their worst defeat in almost a century.

Morgan uploaded an old picture to Twitter of himself alongside good friend Cristiano Ronaldo.

Seemingly referring to the Anfield trouncing, he captioned the snap: "Funny thing, karma."

Ron was axed by Manchester United in November following his bombshell interview with Morgan.

Elsewhere, Gunners mad Morgan poked fun at Old Trafford legend Rio Ferdinand following the 7-0 humiliation at Liverpool.

Morgan slammed Ten Hag at the time for his moves, and did again on Sunday following the Anfield annihilation.
